Chai kueh Sibu | Delicious pastry from Sibu!

I really love delicious food especially pastry. This is a pastry from Sibu, Sarawak, Malaysia called "Chai Kueh" or so called vegetable pancake.



It has a wide variety of "chai kueh". Some loves it with long bean inside, some loves bean sprout inside and some loves shallots leaves inside. As for me, I love them all but my favourite is "Long Bean Chai Kueh". It is especially delicious to be eaten with chilli sauce.



It is very easy to make.



With just 2 ingredients, you can make this delicious pastry at home.
